Q: What is Retail Packaging?
A: Retail packaging is the products most stores use in completing sales to their customers. Examples of this would be: bags, boxes, ribbon, bows, gift wrap etc.

Q: Who are your customers?
A: Our customer base is wide but generally they are in a business that sells products directly to the public from a storefront. However we have many wholesale customers as well. We also supply industrial, corporate, and business customers with specialty bags, boxes and tissue that can be used to protect and display their products.

Q: What kind of stores do you sell to?
A: We sell products to gift shops, jewelry stores, hair salons, bridal shops, candy stores, hobby and craft stores, card shops, food markets, basket stores etc. We also have clients in museums, parks, hospital gift shops, candy manufacturers, and many home based businesses as well.

Q: Where do you do business?
A: We have customers in most of the states as we usually can ship our product the same day as you place an order. Most of our customers are in Western Pennsylvania, Ohio , and West Virginia as we have a sales staff that can call directly to many owners in these areas.

Q: Do you have custom products available?
A: Certainly, a custom bag, box, gift wrap, is important to our business as it is to yours. We can help design and produce professional packaging materials to give your business a professional look that your customers will appreciate and you will benefit in having your store name exposed to additional customers. About 60% of our business is in custom sizes, colors, and prints of bags, boxes, tissue, gift wrap and other accessories.

Q: How do I choose items for my business?
A: The best way is to call our 800 number ( 1-800-321-2247 ) and talk to a sales or office person to get you started in the right direction. We will direct your call to a person to help you get the exact look in packaging that you need. We can also supply samples for you to see before you buy.

Q: Do you sell plastic or paper bags?
A: We have both in our warehouse. The choice of paper or plastic is a personal preference to the customer and we have a wide variety of both paper and plastic bags in stock. We have a wide range of colors available in our stock bags, boxes, that can satisfy most needs.

Q: Do have a large selection to choose from?
A: We have a seven story warehouse full of product available to ship at once. We have in stock the best selection of packaging products suitable for most any customer.

Q: How can I pay for my purchase?
A: The best way for out of town customers is to use any major credit card. You can prepay by check if you would like and we can ship when we get your check that has cleared the bank. Some local Pittsburgh customers have established net 30 credit terms after we have worked on a few projects or needs.

Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: Yes we do. If you are in the Pittsburgh area we are located very close to downtown Pittsburgh and can guide you through a wide range of products to help you meet your customers needs and also provide you with a great look to enhance your business.

Q: Do you deliver to stores in the Pittsburgh Area?
A: Yes, we have delivery trucks that deliver to businesses in most retail areas in Allegheny County and parts of Westmoreland and Washington counties. We have a small minimum order amount required for free delivery and details can be had by calling our 800 number. ( 1-800-321-2247) Also call to find out what day we deliver to your area.

Q: Do you offer warehouse distribution of customer owned products?
A: Yes, we currently stock “customers owned goods” and we will ship as pre-arranged to many businesses. There is a small percentage cost added to the product, plus a nominal “per release” administrative fee. This service is very popular with end users that wish to take advantage of significant volume discounts but lack sufficient storage space.
