Q. Is there someone who can answer questions about my order?

A. We pride ourselves on having real people here that are trained to answer questions about our products. As long as it's during business hours (top of page), you can speak with an actual person and not just a phone service or a chatbot.

Q. Do you offer samples?

A. We do offer samples - however you'll need to call and speak to customer service regarding samples. Depending on the products, there may be a fee to cover shipping. Contact info and hours are at the top of the page.

Q. Do you sell products in smaller quantities than listed?

A. We do not break cases of products - however there are situations in which we're able to sell 'bundled' products in smaller quantities, IF they're part of a larger order that you place over the phone with customer service.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We're located in Pittsburgh, PA - however we work with a nationwide distribution network.

Q. Can I place orders over the phone?

A. Sure! Our contact info an hours are at the top of the webpage, and we have a trained sales and service staff that can answer questions about products and help you place an order.

Q. Do you customize packaging?

A. Whether you call it customizing, personalizing or branding - yes we can custom PRINT packaging. You'll need to call and speak with a packaging consultant to go over the process, but we do offer a variety of print methods on a wide range of products. Creating a custom size or shape is a little more difficult. While it's sometimes possible, it's often associated with large investments and very high minimum order quantities. Again, it's somethign you'd need to call in to talk about.

Q. What is the minimum order?

A. For our online products, the minimum order is 1 case or bundle. If you can put 1 of something into your cart - then it's okay.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Generally, no. We do not direct ship outside of the US. However - you can place orders to your own freight forwarder located in the US, who would then be responsible for the shipping to your international location.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Returns can only be accepted within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

All product shipped by BABCOR are guaranteed for quality. If a quality issue arises call BABCOR for instructions.

Occasionally a few items may be defective in a case, and samples of the problem may be required to receive the proper refund.

If you have ordered or received an item that is incorrect or inappropriate for your intended use, a return may be possible if the items are completely unused, in the original packaging and in factory fresh saleable condition. A 20% re-stocking fee applies for this type of return.

Partial cases or items that have been repacked are not returnable as they are not resalable. Please call for preauthorization for a refund or exchange, and to return at your shipping expense. A refund or credit will be issued to your credit card used for the transaction.

Returns cannot be accepted for close-out items.

To return an item please write the Return Authorization Number/Order Number on the outside of the package and send it back to Babcor Packaging at the address on our Contact Us page.
